Krampus on slope

According with the ancient Ladin and Tyrolean traditions, for the festivity of St. Nicholas at the beginning of December the “Krampus” (devils) will parade in the center of the villages, and also around Rifugio Averau.

It will also be the occasion to explain this ancient and obscure tradition that has been part of our local folklore for more than 500 years.

In collaboration with the Hydentaler Krampus and Anpezo Teufel from Cortina d’Ampezzo, who will be strolling around the hut from 10am to 2pm.
