4-Hand Dinner with Chef Chris Oberhammer

We love collaborations when it comes to creating something unique in the kitchen. This passion leads us to organize evenings when Matteo offers special menus together with other colleagues to combine skills, flair and outside influences. Four hands in fact.

Friday, March 21, Matteo is proposing a gastronomic evening with the involvement of chef Chris Oberhammer from the Michelin-starred restaurant Tilia in Toblach (1 Michelin star).

The theme of the evening will be “Spring” and includes:

Millefoglie of carasau bread, wild agretti and Arctic char with its caviar
New potato pie with bear garlic and stockfish
– Partridge cappelletti on a bed of celeriac with spring sprouts of bruscandoli, puntarelle and kale
Veal and black pudding blanchette with asparagus foam and baby potatoes
Tumbler of citrus, fennel and flowers
Pear cooked in red wine with chocolate mousse salted caramel mousse and crumble

INFO AND RESERVATIONS

– ONE chairlift ride at 8 pm. We recommend maximum punctuality! We recommend maximum punctuality!
– Take the chairlift up to the Scoiattoli refuge and continue by snowmobile to the Averau refuge

Transportation by snowmobile 30€
