A Four-Hands-Dinner with Ludovica Menardi
On Tuesday, 12th March, the young chef from Ampezzo, Ludovica Menardi, will present with Matteo a menu themed “Agriculture and Mountain Farming“.
Paola, Matteo’s mother and a seasoned chef, teamed up with Ludovica in the kitchen and became a significant source of inspiration. After a few years at the Averau Refuge, she decided to study at the Alma International School of Italian Cuisine and complete an apprenticeship in Piedmont at the Guido da Costigliole restaurant. Thanks to her eagerness to learn Ludovica gained valuable experiences across various countries. After a few years, she felt drawn back to her roots in Cortina, where she now works at the Baita Fraina. She is continuously seeking knowledge and is currently enrolled in a class that concentrates on the research and gathering of edible plants found in the wild.

- A chairlift and snowmobile transport service at a cost of 30.00 euros per person for the round trip will be provided (transport plus dinner 100 euros)
