Four-hands dinner
CHEESE ART: Matteo Siorpaes and Federico Rovacchi chef of Baita Piè Tofana together for a four-handed dinner featuring milk, cream, cheese and many other local delicacies in the splendid setting of the Baita Prà Solìo Restaurant.
A welcome APERITIVO with music by the VELVET ACUSTIC group (Katia Hirschstein, Gianluca Magri and Raffaele Fiori). Among the various delicacies we have decided to offer will be: mini salted hay cappuccino with small ricotta brioche, cheese pagnottine, rum-marinated prawn finger with sweet pecorino cheese, and blue and onion schiacciatina.
ENTREE: bread and butter.
STARTER: soft egg with peas and donkey cheese.
FIRST course: rye noodles with zigar and leek.
SECOND course: venison with yogurt and bilberry. SWEET: ice cream.
SWEET: ice cream.
